Media Training for
Professionals & Entrepreneurs
Traditional media training generally costs $10,000+ for a 4-5 hour session, and hiring a PR firm to secure media opportunities can be costly. That’s often unrealistic for small business owners or professionals whose organization won’t invest in media training. As media visibility becomes more important in an AI-dominant search landscape, we’re providing 3 mix-and-match sessions at affordable prices to let you select the support you need with an accessible budget.

About Your Trainer
Lauren Karasek is the co-founder and chief strategy officer of Seamless Brand Consulting. With more than 20 years of PR and marketing agency experience, she began her career in Washington, DC in public affairs and crisis communications — including media training clients alongside Sam Donaldson's investigative producer.
She has since helped a wide range of technology, corporate, consumer and government clients tell their story through the media, and was named Executive of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and PR by the American Business Awards.
Why Media Training?
In a landscape where consumers are bombarded with brands that look legitimate, but instead produce low-quality products, or are even outright fraudulent, securing media coverage is increasingly important. Stories in news outlets provide third-party validation, build credibility, and power AI recommendations.
Further, as those of us with click-clack jobs think about skills we can offer that can’t be replaced with AI, being an effective company spokesperson for media interviews is a skill that stands out on a resume and won’t be replaced by computers.
With media relations skills becoming more important for growing companies and growing careers, we wanted to find a way to offer best-in-class trainings without the big agency price tag.
